Who we are

Rylix Studios (“Rylix”, “we”, “us”) is a product, engineering, and AI studio. This policy explains how we handle information on rylixstudios.comand related pages (including /contact, /learn, and/book-a-call).

What we collect

We collect information you choose to send us:

• Quote requests — name, email, project brief, stack notes, and the answers you pick in the quote flow. You may attach files.
• Learn waitlist — name, email, phone, and the course you are interested in.
• Discovery calls — name, email, and booking details you enter on Cal.com when you schedule a 15-minute call.
• Email or phone — whatever you include when you write or call us directly.

We do not run a first-party analytics script on this site. Embedded tools (for example Cal.com on the booking page) may set their own cookies or collect usage data under their policies.

How we use it

We use this information to:

• Reply to enquiries and send a directional quote or next step
• Schedule and run discovery calls
• Tell waitlist subscribers when Rylix Learn opens
• Keep a record of briefs we are asked to scope

We do not sell your information. We do not use it for unrelated marketing lists.

Who else sees it

Website forms are sent through FormSubmit to our studio inbox. Call booking runs on Cal.com. Those providers process data so the form or calendar can work. We may also use ordinary email, storage, and collaboration tools to handle a brief once it arrives.

We share information if the law requires it, or with a contractor who is already working on your project under our direction.

How long we keep it

Enquiry and waitlist records stay until we no longer need them for the purpose you sent them — typically while we are scoping or delivering work, and for a reasonable period after in case you come back. You can ask us to delete a record sooner.

Your choices

Email rylixstudios@gmail.com to ask what we hold, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. If you joined the Learn waitlist, the same address is enough to opt out.

Security

We use HTTPS on this site and limit access to studio inboxes and tools. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure. Do not send passwords, payment card numbers, or other highly sensitive secrets through the public forms.

Children

This site is for business enquiries. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
