Agreement

These terms cover your use of rylixstudios.com (the “site”), including requesting a quote and booking a call. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

A paid project is governed by a written proposal or contract, not by this page. If the two conflict, the signed document wins.

Who we are

Rylix Studios is a product, engineering, and AI studio. We design and build digital products and related work as described on the site. Contact: rylixstudios@gmail.com.

The site

Content on the site is for general information. Case studies, timelines, and results describe specific past work. They are not a promise that your project will look the same or finish in the same time.

We may change pages, offers, or these terms. The date at the top of this page is the current version.

Quotes and calls

• A quote from the site is directional. It is not a binding price, scope, or start date until we confirm it in writing.
• A discovery call is a fit conversation. Booking one does not create a client relationship or reserve a delivery slot.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of briefs, files, and contact details you send.

Your use of the site

You agree not to:

• Misuse forms, scrape the site in a way that harms it, or attempt to break security
• Submit unlawful, infringing, or deceptive content
• Impersonate someone else when you enquire or book

Intellectual property

The site’s design, copy, and branding belong to Rylix Studios unless noted otherwise. You may share links to public pages. You may not copy the site as a template or reuse our brand without permission.

Work we create for a client is handled in that project’s contract — typically, deliverables transfer after payment under the terms we agree in writing. Client names and case studies appear only where we have a basis to show them.

Third-party services

Booking uses Cal.com. Forms may use FormSubmit. Those services have their own terms. We are not responsible for outages or policies outside our control.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided as-is. To the extent allowed by law, Rylix Studios is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss from using the site, relying on a directional quote, or a failed form or calendar embed. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Hisar, Haryana, have exclusive jurisdiction, except where a consumer law says otherwise.
